An incident which touched my heart happened that when I reached the hotel, I saw that the tyre of my car was punctured and unfortunately Stepney also got punctured on the way, the hotel staff itself started changing my tyre and then a young, smart boy came, and he changed my tyre without care about his clothes. It was truly an amazing stay in Neelesh Inn. The hotel premises were awesome and beautifully maintained. I have stayed with family for one night, truly value for money. PROS: 1. Beautifully maintained premises with tables and chairs. We had food in that nice lake-viewing premises. It was very nice experience. 2. Location is also excellent. Easily reachable, just beside the Bhimtal lake. Overall, the hotel got the nice lake view from everywhere. 3. Free parking is provided. They have plenty of parking space available. 4. Many outside dining set up. We can enjoy our food with nice breeze in their well maintained garden/other area. 5. Room was old fashioned but nice and spacious. All the basic facilities were available. Double bed was provided which is enough for Two adults and Two kids. If needed they have got extra bed also. 6. Food was also good. Service was also excellent. They have got a nice restaurant also ( We did not had food in restaurant, we had all the food from other outside dining set up). 7. Well maintained neat and clean bathroom/toilet. Hot water was available 24 hr. Basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, hand-wash, moisturiser, towels etc were provided (No tooth brush and paste) 8. Well behaved staff with nice personality. I had to change my date of stay due to some health issue. They have cooperated and changed the date free of cost. All the above was for just Rs. 5340/- per night (Including tax). I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY FOR THOSE WHO VISIT BHIMTAL OR NEARBY AREA FOR A PLEASANT AND MEMORABLE STAY.

The property lying just in the front of bhimtal lake is amazing place to stay. Everything is so nicely arranged with great professional services. The staff is polite and well behaved. Food is amazing with at a reasonable price. Room service was prompt and efficient. My family really liked the 3 day stay there. The owner is a nice gentlemen who silently looks after everything in order to ensure that the guests doesn’t feel any problem.

One of the best stay I had in the recent days😇 Totally worth it!! The rooms are so clean and well equipped👍 The view from room is so beautiful that we spent nearly few hours in balcony!! Last but not the least, the food was so delicious 😋 You can get various options at breakfast, also you can order for dinner.. Staff is so humble, they will take care of your needs🤘 Kudos to the management 🙌

We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child and booked two suite rooms. The rooms were amazing. Very spacious, clean and beautiful. They were more like a 1BHK flat. They came with a lake view and mountain view which was amazing. The breakfast included was amazing. Restaurant food is tasty with reasonable price. We loved our stay overall.

I have stayed at neelesh inn on 21 October...food was delicious especially the breakfast..location is cool...staff was courteous..room was clean...if you are looking for stay here...opt for lake side room

The location was amazing. Great view from the rooms. The lake is just in front of the hotel. Ample parking space for 8-10 cars. Rooms were very well maintained.

The food is very good, and the staff is helpful. The only thing we dislike was room had smoking smell as there were no non-smoking rooms
